I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Love’s location in North Fort Myers. The cashier was incredibly rude, impatient, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of being greeted politely, I was met with an attitude that made me feel completely unwelcome. Customer service shouldn’t make people dread stopping at a store, but that’s exactly how I left feeling. A simple smile or basic respect goes a long way, and unfortunately, neither was offered. I expect better from a business that serves so many travelers every day. I hope management addresses the way customers are treated because no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior.

Pumps actually work here for now. Love's seem to have issues with their fuel pumps nationwide. Have been from California to Florida and it's seems endemic for them. Restrooms are clean. They are doing great keeping them that way nationwide.

We were in a parking spot, and another bus pulled into the parking lot the driver had the manager ask us to move. While the bus next to us is not in a parking spot. We apparently being gas Transporters have no rights at Love's. And managers do not want RV Transporters business unless you pay for parking. There was plenty of parking on the east side of the pumps, but the driver insisted that these parking spots away from the pumps is paid for by the bus contracts with Loves. What this means is that Love's does not want RVers parking or stopping at there stations unless you buy there $100 parking spots for RVs. Loves has lost our business: -to expensive -restaurant (Arby's, Wendy's, Subway etc) apps will not work at Loves locations -no showers for 50gallon gas Transporters -many locations are catering to bobtail parking out front -loves diesel fuel trucks are allowed to ask RVers to move out of parking spots out front so they can park after they are done unloading. Loves has gone down hill and they won't lose sleep over the losing our business. Another business that the parent passes and the siblings run it into the ground. Equal to Pilot, TA and any other dirt hole.

I had a wonderful experience at this Love’s gas station it’s honestly one of my favorite places to stop. The location is always clean, and the customer service is consistently great. One employee who really stood out to me was Mercedes. She was extremely attentive and made sure every customer had what they needed, even while she was busy with other tasks. Her positive attitude and work ethic truly show, and I can easily see her moving up in the company. I want to thank Mercedes and the entire team for always making my visits enjoyable and for making this my go-to stop whenever I’m in Florida. I also love that they have both a Subway and a Wendy’s, so I can choose whatever I’m in the mood for!

GREAT SELECTION, INCREDIBLY CLEAN!! This is the cleanest bathroom I have ever been in ( except mine!). It has everything I like! fully stocked very functional paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers, spotless floors and sinks, hot water and soap for handwashing, wastebasket by the door for those of us who like to hold a paper towel in hand for door opening. Magnificent! I was also pleased to see a great selection of snacks - including healthy snacks - fresh fruit, some cut up in containers, some whole, fresh crisp green salads!
